Amazing ophthalmology practice looking for a full time optometrist to join their team. ODs are primarily responsible for seeing every patient that visits the office. OD will see a range of different appointment types such as refractive consults, post-operative appointments, pre-operative appointments, dilated exams, glaucoma exams, cataract exams etc. This is primarily a surgical practice, so they do not perform annual eye exams or administer glasses. Practice is very co-management friendly so the expectation for the ODs is to build good rapport with referring ODs in the community and establish immaculate communication with the referring ODs. Must have refractive surgery experience (LASIK, SMILE and PRK experience). Also, general medical experience working in an Ophthalmology practice, cataract surgery experience and high level general Ophthalmology experience is a plus.
