The Provider will attend to the patient from the beginning until the end of the examination. The provider will perform any required same-day diagnostic testing.
There is a technician available to perform same-day testing, and they are equipped with the following technologies: AR, auto lensometer, maestro 2 OCT/fundus photo; octopus 900 VF; Reichert manual phoropter; and top con slit lamp
The provider will also schedule visual fields and optical help for the patient. To ensure timely and quality care, the provider will keep track of all appointments in the EMR and stay on schedule. If needed, the provider will assist mid-levels throughout the day
The Eye Center has two optometrists on the eye team and is looking to add a 3rd. Any surgeries are referred out
