Overview:
- Involvement in policies and procedures
- Practice has OCT, VF, Optos, Topographer
- Scribe and tech assistance for pretesting, refraction and Neurolens
- Average 25 patients/day
- Patients are school aged to geriatric
- EHR: Crystal PM
- Work hours: Mon – Fri 8:20-5:20PM
Responsibilities:
- Routine vision exams
- Dry eye treatment (about 30% of patients)
- Co-manage ocular disease
- Cataract & refractive surgery post-ops
- Some specialty lenses
Compensation and benefits:
- Earn $195,000 (including an average $35k bonus from productivity) yearly

Minimum requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry degree (OD) *Please do not apply if you are not an Optometrist*
- Valid license to practice Optometry in Arizona
