THE PARTICULARS: The qualified candidate will be a Graduate of an accredited school of Optometry, with a valid license to practice optometry in the state of Utah and must have excellent communication skills and a professional attitude. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform comprehensive eye examinations using advanced diagnostic equipment.
Diagnose visual disorders and ocular diseases
Prescribe and fit corrective lenses or other vision aids as needed
Provide expert guidance on proper eye care practices and vision correction options
Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional patient care and maintain accurate patient records
Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry and incorporate best practices into patient care
- Prescribe medications, eyeglasses, and contact lenses
- Advise patients on proper eye care techniques
- Keep updated and accurate medical records for all patients
- Provide proper follow-up care based on the diagnosis
- Refer to other specialists as needed.
