Very successful private practice of over 30 years looking for an associate doctor interested in working and buying into an independent practice for long-term financial security and gratification. The practice embraces the medical scope of optometry and has all of the latest diagnostic equipment to provide excellent care to at risk patients. The position is on a full time or 4 days a week basis. Salary: $400/day plus bonuses

The current doctor, Edward Nuccio, started the practice in 1988 after graduating from UC Berkeley, School of Optometry, in 1984. Dr. Nuccio has a very consistent loyal patient base of all ages. The present staff of 8 cross-trained friendly personnel sincerely cares about the success of the practice and patient care, and we all work together well in a positive and fun environment.

The 3600 square foot practice is located in Modesto, California, which is a very nice community with very affordable housing, excellent schools, and many wonderful people involved in making the community even better. Dr. Nuccio was born and raised in Modesto and he is well connected to the community, with the practice having tremendous potential for growth beyond the current gross collections of $1.2M.

Ideally, once the right associate is an integral part of the practice and content, Dr. Nuccio would like to cut back to seeing patients on a 3.5 to 4 days a week basis and he would enjoy mentoring the right candidate to be highly successful. Together, we can achieve a superb level of satisfaction in helping our patients and marching the high level scope of optometric practice forward to more growth and success.

Dr. Nuccio is looking forward to the enjoyment of guiding a qualified doctor of optometry to being truly happy and successful with the satisfaction coming from a job well done.
