Family Eye Group is offering a full-time employment opportunity. We offer full service eyecare from routine eye exams, contact lenses and eye-glasses to medical eye examinations and post-operative evaluations. Our practice consists of two board certified fellowship trained ophthalmologists and two optometrists. As an addition to our team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to step into a well-established, high volume, high quality prosperous mature practice.

We operate two exceptionally well-equipped offices. Responsibilities will include perform vision tests and analyze results, diagnose sight problems, prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses and medications (we have onsite optical shops), provide pre and post-operative care to patients, evaluate patients for the presence of diseases and refer to our physicians as needed, and promote eye health by counseling patients.

Our doctors and staff are committed to delivering eye care excellence. We have a user friendly EMR and a pleasant experienced support staff that includes certified techs and coders.

Lancaster, located in central Pennsylvania, was listed in Forbes in February, 2018, as one of the “10 Coolest US Cities to Visit” and described as one of the U.S.'s best kept secrets. It is within driving distance of Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York and the Delaware and Jersey Shore beaches. It is a great place to raise a family with highly ranked schools, cultural offerings, colleges and a relatively low cost of living.

The position offers a comprehensive compensation package including health insurance, medical malpractice, and a retirement savings plan along with convenient hours and paid time off. We support a vertically integrated OD:MD delivery model that is now the standard of care.
