Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including visual acuity tests, refraction, and assessment of ocular health
- Diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases, providing appropriate recommendations for vision correction and eye care
- Prescribe and fit contact lenses and eyeglasses to meet patients’ visual needs
- Collaborate with the office staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operation of the practice
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal requirements and professional standards
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in optometric technology, treatments, and industry trends
