We are looking for a licensed optician with 3+ years sales/optician experience with an elevated eyewear brand. Must love clients and be excited to be an important part of this growing brand.

Responsibilities

  • The Licensed Optician assists in leading the luxury retail stores to success by building and maintaining a strong customer following.
  • Consistently delivers an exceptional experience in order to exceed service and sales expectations.
  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring that all optical quality controls comply.
  • Demonstrates in-depth product knowledge while offering exceptional customer service and style advice.
  • Attends to unique needs of each customer, providing recommendations based on customer preferences and optical needs.
  • Acts as a Brand expert, communicates features, benefits, and overall value of the product to all customers.
  • Develops strong relationships with new and existing customers to build and maintain a strong client following.
  • Demonstrates an interest in fashion and stays current on trends to drive sales and meet the client’s needs.
  • Maintains store presentation standards and shows initiative keeping displays & inventory clean, attractive & organized.
  • Helps foster an inclusive culture and positive store environment by treating all customers and colleagues with respect
  • Demonstrates flawless accuracy in taking and recording measurements, adjusting and fitting eyewear, and execution of all details.
  • Ensures finished eyewear meets the Essilor Luxottica standard of flawless accuracy.
  • Trains and mentors Managers and Associates.

Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Active state optical licensure; must maintain license.
  • Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder.
  • .Knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Strong basic math skills.
  • Sales skills – ability to use and carry a tablet.
  • Embraces new technology and change.
