Non-retail, medically-oriented Ophthalmology practice in SF seeking to hire a part-time or full-time
We are looking for a professional who has a genuine interest in focusing on quality eye care for patients. The practice is non-retail so there is no pressure to sell. Ideally should be comfortable diagnosing and managing a wide range of chronic medical eye conditions in a largely senior patient population, as well as performing accurate and efficient refractions. If you need additional experience on managing medical eye conditions, there is the opportunity for on-the-job learning and you can work closely and learn from the Ophthalmologist. Most importantly, MUST be friendly, willing to learn, conscientious, communicate respectfully with patients, and employ a strong work ethic. We focus on spending adequate time per patient and the opportunity to develop trusting patient-provider relationships. We have excellent diagnostic equipment and user-friendly cloud-based EHR. Our clinic is open only M-F so your weekends can remain free.
Competitive compensation offered: $70 – $83 / hour (per diem rate of $560 to $664 per day), based on skill and experience. Equivalent salary for full-time position based on skill and experience.
