Please join Matthew J. Garston, OD for a discussion on “Post-Op Cataract Surgery Co-Management” at the New England College of Optometry on January 21, 2016.
Abstract: Cataract Surgery may look good on the first post-op day, but occasionally problems can manifest during the 90 day or later period. This lecture will review some of these patient cases and discuss the management steps taken. The cases presented will focus on 1) retained lens fragments, 2) anterior chamber lens issues , 3) cataract surgery on the patient with pseudoexfoliation, and 4) cystoid macular edema after cataract surgery.
