Enrollment Confirmation for Current Students

An enrollment confirmation letter will contain the program, current academic year dates, and expected graduation month/year or date.  If you need more specific information added to your letter, you must bring the form into the Registrar’s Office. 

In order to receive a letter verifying your student enrollment:

·         You have to be presently registered to receive enrollment confirmation.

·         You must bring the form to the Registrar’s Office or mail it to the address listed below (no faxes or emails). 

All completed forms should be brought to the Office or mailed to the address below:
