Registrar's Office


The Registrar’s Office maintains and ensures the integrity of records for students, alumni and alumnae. We interpret and execute Federal, Commonwealth and College rules and regulations in relation to higher education especially with regard to the standards set by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The Office advises foreign students on Department of Homeland Security United States Citizenship and Immigration Services rules and regulations.


A few office responsibilities are:


·         biographical data maintenance (names, addresses, etc.)

·         academic data maintenance (course registration, grades, etc.)

·         enrollment, attendance and graduation confirmation

·         degree eligibility verification

·         transcript preparation and issuance

·         licensure documentation attestation


If you cannot find what you are looking for on the website, please contact the Registrar’s Office by email, by telephone or in person.  The majority of notices, reminders and information is sent out by the Registrar’s Office via email (NECO email accounts are used for students, faculty and administration).
