Compensation and Benefits:
Our base package starts from 145K while our top producers flirt with 175K to 200K, easily working less than 40 hours per week. The benefits and working conditions are fantastic. Spacious exam rooms, reasonable exam intervals, production rewards and a talented engaging technician support team.
We are open to reward ODs with experience who are ready to make a difference, always placing an emphasis on how to work smarter, growing your patient and specialty base, building referrals and something special along the way.
