Dear college community:
As many of you know, the college has been developing its social media presence over the last year. We’re engaging prospective students, current students, alumni, and the general public in a more personal and easy to use way with our social media. We’ve done a lot in a year, so we’re nominating ourselves for a Shorty Award. (Self-nominations are encouraged.) Shorty Awards honor:
Quality and originality of content on all social media platforms.
Innovation in using social media in new ways.
Impact made on the world.
Engagement with followers, fans, friends and foes.
We are asking for your support! Winning would be great for the college and really show support for our bloggers and all the work that they’ve done in sharing their stories.
To vote, you’ll need a Twitter account. If you don’t already have one, please set one up – it’ll take less than a minute to do. Here are the details on voting below.

- Be creative with the reason. A tweet without a reason for the nomination will not be counted.
