New England College of Optometry is pleased to announce its residents roster for the 2016-2017 academic year. Thirty-six students have been matched with NECO residency positions at 15 locations for the upcoming year.
The NECO residency program provides a year of post-graduate work, allowing new graduates to hone their skills through supervised clinical care, grand rounds, and clinical teaching experience. NECO residencies include community health centers, VA Medical Centers, and Academic Hospital programs throughout New England.
The 2016-2017 residency group includes seventeen NECO students and alumni as well as graduates from MCPHS, UC Berkeley, Southern College of Optometry, Salus University/PCO, SUNY, Illinois College of Optometry, MCO, Western University of Health Sciences, and Nova Southeastern University.
