The Class of 1976 returned to New England College of Optometry on Saturday, September 17, 2016, to celebrate their fortieth reunion. Tony Cavallerano, OD ’72, Executive Director of Clinical Training and Patient Care, and Margery Warren, Director of Alumni Relations, welcomed the group and shared current news and happenings at NECO.

Many of the Class of 1976 alumni arrived on Friday night to enjoy a Boston weekend and time to rekindle friendships. During Saturday’s Welcome Back Brunch, student volunteers from SVOSH spoke about their 2017 mission trip and provided campus tours.  Reunion attendees enjoyed dinner at Abe and Louie’s and were invited to attend NECO’s Sunday Series CE: Pediatrics Eye Care Symposium.

Special thanks to Drs. Robert Maiolo and Elliot Kirstein who served as class agents for the reunion festivities.
