Library News for 2010
The NECO library has been working to incorporate and highlight some new resources that we have for students, faculty and staff. Check out our new Research Guides and full-text Journals A-Z list. Now when you do a database search you have the immediate option to connect to any full-text article in our collection. Also be sure to look at the Fenway Libraries Consortium (FLO); we now share resources with, and can go study at 9 other libraries.
Have questions or want a personalized introduction to the new resources? Come by the circulation desk, call or email the library - we're always happy to help!
A team at the MIT Media Lab has developed a vision test called Near-Eye Tool for Refractive Assessment (NETRA) that uses a cellphone, a clip-on eyepiece and free software. Further testing will be done this fall here at NECO to compare the results from conventional techniques to results from NETRA.

The library will be closed Sat. Sept 4th - Mon. Sept 6th for Labor Day. Our regular semester hours start on Tues. Sept 7th.
