please submit your orders (slide production, scanning, image editing) one week
in advance. Turnaround for printing of the posters is 24 hours. However,
submitting your printing request at least one week prior to AAO, ARVO, NECO and
other major conferences will leave us sufficient time to fix any problems with
your poster. Meeting dates can be found on our conferences
page.

The Educational Media Office processes over 2,000 35mm slides a year using the latest technology. Collections of hundreds of slides spanning decades have been digitized, but the process is time consuming and requires planning. If you wish to scan more than 30 slides, please contact Educational Media Coordinator Marek Jacisin ahead of time.

It is one of an array of production tools used by the Educational Media Coordinator to support the academic program. Use of the printer is limited to College related activities only; it may not be used for personal projects. Direct access to the printer is limited to the employees of Educational Media Office.
