My NCBI is a great tool if you want to personalize your PubMed searching experience. Just look for the "My NCBI" link on the left-hand toolbar in PubMed. Once you've registered for a My NCBI account, you can save your customized searches and results, and can even set up alerts that will automatically update and email you new results for your searches daily, weekly or monthly.
