Two articles in the October 2008 issue of Optometry are the result of Dr. Roger Wilson's work with the American Optometric Association Community Health Center Committee to give a national perspective on health centers. These begin on pages 564 and 581.
Another article by Dr. Wilson and Dr. Vandhana Sharda, both of New England Eye, titled "History of community health center affiliations with The New England College of Optometry", showcases NECO's history as the leading institution of community-based clinical education in the nation. This article begins on page 594.
The October issue of Optometry is available via the journals pages on the Library web site, and these articles are also featured in our display of faculty publications.
