New England College of Optometry supports students and alumni in their career search by providing workshops and seminars throughout the year by the Alumni Office. In addition, the College hosts a student-run job posting site and a list of online-resources. These opportunities and sites do not represent endorsement in any way by the College.

Career Workshops, Events, and Resources

  • Workshops and Events
    The Office of Alumni Relations provides several workshops and events throughout the year to connect current students with alumni and meet the career needs of students at the College.
  • Resume Review
    Students, as well as NECO alumni, have the opportunity to have their resumes and CVs reviewed by individuals on the Alumni Association Committee on an ongoing basis. Please contact alumni@neco.edu for more information.

Career Portal: Job Postings and Practices for Sale

  • Optometric Practice Opportunities
    The Mass Society of Optometrists Student Chapter maintains a listing of open optometric positions and practices for sale submitted through our website. These listings are intended as a resource for NECO students, recent graduates, alumni, residents, faculty, and friends of the New England College of Optometry. It provides the ability for individuals and optometric practices to post and search for optometric job openings and practices for sale both locally and across the country. View listings.
