Your first step is to confirm your enrollment by submitting your initial deposit of $1,000 (US) by the date listed in your acceptance packet, usually within two weeks of receiving an acceptance. You can pay your deposit online. If your plans change and you wish to release your place at New England College of Optometry, please inform us by March 31, 2016 to receive a full refund. Deposit cancellations after March 31, 2016 will incur a $250 administrative fee.
If you were admitted after March 31, you may receive a full refund of your initial deposit until May 15, 2016, but will incur a $250 administrative fee thereafter.
Your second deposit of $1,000 (US) is due by May 15, 2016 and will officially confirm your place in the class of 2020. You can pay your deposit online. Half of the second deposit is refundable by June 10, 2016 in the unlikely event your plans change after May 15, 2016.
No portion of the initial deposit is refundable after you have submitted a second deposit, and no portion of the second deposit is refundable after June 10, 2016. Both deposits will be credited toward your first semester’s tuition.
