NECO Commencement 2013   

Commencement Ceremony

Commencement for the graduating Class of 2013 will be held on Sunday, May 19th at the Back Bay Events Center, 180 Berkeley Street, Boston. The ceremony will start at 10:00 AM and will take place in the tiered auditorium. A reception will follow in the Back Bay Grand Room after the ceremony. Please feel free to take a look at the facility by visiting the website at www.backbayeventscenter.com.

Graduating students should plan to arrive at 8:00 AM for preparations. Class photos will be taken at 9:00 AM.

Graduation Announcements/Tickets

Each graduate is allotted eight (8) guest tickets. Graduates will be sent an email early 2013 and will be asked to please inform the Student Services Office of ticket requests. 

Class of 2013 Open House Buffet and Cocktails Reception

On Saturday, May 18th an Open House Buffet and Cocktails Reception will be held for graduates and invited guests, from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the College.  Graduates must email OpenHouse@neco.edu to register their guests.

Photography

Click here to register for viewing images taken during the ceremony by Lifetouch. Each Graduate will be photographed in a class group photo along with hooding and presentation of their diploma and will be available online for viewing and ordering. 

Awards

Graduates and faculty receiving awards will be notified in advance and recognized at the Commencement Ceremony. 

Accommodations

For those in need of accommodations we suggest you consider making reservations early, as space is limited during this time of year.  The room blocks arranged by the College have expired.  
  
We recommend using www.bostonreservations.com for local hotels or your favorite website. There is also a listing of accommodations on the Back Bay Events Center website.
