Commencement Ceremony
We are happy to confirm that Commencement for the graduating class of 2012 will be held on Sunday, May 20th at the Back Bay Events Center, 180 Berkeley Street, Boston. The ceremony will start at 10:00 AM and will take place in the tiered auditorium. A reception will follow in the Back Bay Grand Room after the ceremony. Please feel free to take a look at the facility by visiting the website at www.backbayeventscenter.com.
Each graduate is allotted eight (8) guest tickets. Graduates will be sent an email early 2012 and will be asked to please inform the Student Services office of ticket requests.
Graduating students should plan to arrive at 8:00 AM for preparations. Class photos will be taken at 9:00 AM.

Class of 2012 Open House Buffet and Cocktails Reception
On Saturday, May 19th, an expanded Open House Buffet and Cocktails Reception will be held for graduates and invited guests, from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the College.
Awards
This year graduates and faculty receiving awards will be notified in advance and recognized at the Commencement Ceremony.
Accommodations
For those in need of accommodations we suggest you consider making reservations early, as space is limited during this time of year. We also recommend using www.bostonreservations.com for local hotels or your favorite website. There is also a listing of accommodations on the Back Bay Events Center website.
