The Office of Human Resources is responsible for all aspects of employment at the College, including recruitment, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.  HR also provides employee and supervisor training, assists with the processing of payroll, and coordinates certain special programs, such as the United Way Campaign, Employee Length of Service Awards, and the annual Staff Development Day.
